LATISHA NICOLE

LaTisha is a visionary consultant, co-founder, and strategic leader with over 30 years of experience driving transformative change in education and the nonprofit sector. Through her consulting practice, LaTisha Nicole LLC, she partners with education leaders, nonprofits (NGO’s), and community organizations across the United States and abroad to design and implement innovative strategies. Her expertise spans strategic planning, leadership coaching, curriculum development, group facilitation, coalition building, and project-based consulting that strengthens organizational capacity, improves outcomes, and secures critical funding.

As Co-Founder and Chief Programs Officer of the E3 Educate, Empower, Elevate Foundation, LaTisha has led justice-focused initiatives that center the voices of marginalized communities—translating lived experiences into systemic solutions that create lasting impact both locally and globally.

Her leadership journey also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Tri-County Cradle to Career Collaborative, where she advanced regional education and opportunity goals, and holding a unique dual role as Director of Education Initiatives with Charleston Promise Neighborhood and Assistant Associate Superintendent for Charleston County School District.

Internationally, she has collaborated with partners in Africa and beyond, expanding her approach to leadership development, systems design, and community transformation across diverse cultural contexts.

Grounded in both business and education, LaTisha holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri, a B.A. in Elementary Education from Park University, and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Georgia State University. Her work reflects a clear conviction: leadership determines whether organizations close gaps or widen them. By equipping leaders with the tools and systems to embed inclusive justice, she helps transform schools and nonprofits from good intentions into lasting community change.
